Do newer Volkswagen TDI engines have engine block heaters?

Just wondering if the have engine block heaters for those sub zero morning starts. Thanks.

The Canadian version do, the US versions do not. You don't really need one, btw. My '01 starts at -10F without toooooooo much fuss.
