Changed fuel filter in 2001 chevy blazer, fuel was cloudy black?

When i removed the engine side of the filter the fuel was clean coming out of the line, once i got the tank side removed black cloudy fuel came out of the engine side of the filter when. and agian clean fuel came out of the tank side line. should i worry?
